Take Blip aims to seek our products and services’ continuous improvement, which includes upgrades and even detect possible issues and fix it asap. On this date Take Blip will hold the infrastructure resources update, in order to maintain within the support demand of our cloud provider.

What is the expected impact?

Environment unavailability - 4h forecast
Broadcast - loss of messages in line to be sent.

For how long will the system be unavailable?

Full unavailability: July 23th, 2022 10pm to July 24th, 2022 3am

What are expected behaviors?

- Whatsapp’s status messages (sent and read receipts) may be lost (only statuses, there is no expectation of messages loss)
- Desk may return with previous ticket ID. Should this issue occur, it can be resolved by Take Blip’s internal team.
- Automatic closure tickets (scheduled to close) not being finished.
