Our goal is to continuously improve our services and products, and this includes bringing new improvements or even detecting potential problems and correcting them as soon as possible. In this sense, it will be necessary to perform maintenance on our database responsible for scheduling campaigns
What is it?
With the aim of improving the performance of one of the database tables of the campaign scheduling application. The table of the scheduling application, responsible for scheduling the bot's message sending campaigns, will be migrated.
What will happen?
The database table will be migrated to another database with greater scalability capacity

Will there be any downtime?
There will be no downtime during the maintenance window.
Potential issues
Possible inconsistency in campaign scheduling data; Possible chance of an unmapped bug due to architecture migration;
Guidance: Customers should not create scheduled campaigns, minimizing possible scheduling inconsistencies. When will maintenance be performed?
