Incident Summary: Slowness and instability on the Blip platform.
Impact Analysis: Slowness and instability, both in the service monitoring tools and in the Desk itself.
Mitigation Measures: To reduce the high processing consumption of the Desk system, it was necessary to temporarily switch to a backup environment and optimize the database. These actions help stabilize performance and minimize impacts to users.
Root Cause Analysis: In the face of the normalization of the environment, we classify the incident as resolved and now enter the root cause analysis stage.
