We identified a connection failure of a blip application on two servers with the database responsible for the cache.

Reflection for the client:

Slowness and instability in accessing the Portal and Desk.

Correction applied:

Root Cause:

The scenario was punctual and unfortunately it was not possible to identify the root cause.
