There was an update to the certificate responsible for the communication of Blip channels, primarily affecting the traffic of messages between the sender and the recipient.

The impact was that messages were not received, since the channel communication component (WhatsApp) was not working. In other words, the message does not reach the recipient.

Mitigation Measures:

We have rolled back the recent update to the communication component with WhatsApp to restore normal operation to our environment.

The incident was caused by an update to the certificate responsible for communication between BLIP and WhatsApp, which did not generate the correct communication information for the channels. However, following this issue, our team conducted a thorough double-check of the information and component updates, including the certificate, to ensure this type of failure does not occur again in the future.
