We aim for continuous improvement of our services and products, which includes bringing new enhancements or even detecting potential issues and fixing them as soon as possible. In this sense, it will be necessary to perform maintenance on our database responsible for the context of message flows in the bots.
What is it?
To improve performance and efficiency in one of the tables of the Builder application database, we will migrate the context table of the Builder application, which is responsible for storing the user's location in the bot flow.
What will happen?
Migration from one data structure to a new structure with greater scalability capacity.
Who will be affected?
All bots on the Blip platform Builder.
Will there be unavailability?
There will be no unavailability.

No impacts are expected during the migration. However, since this involves data migration, this communication aims to align on the scheduled maintenance.

When will the maintenance take place?
The migration will be carried out in phases according to the schedule below:
- Phase 1 - Migration on 12/10/2024 - 00h am to 14/10/2024 07h am GMT-3
- Phase 2 - Migration on 14/10/2024 - 23h pm to 16/10/2024 07h am GMT-3
- Phase 3 - Migration on 19/10/2024 - 00h am to 21/10/2024 07h am GMT-3
